Active-Flex is an interlocking, multi-layer cushioned fitness floor tile perfectly suited to fitness suites and gyms with a focus on floor exercises and light weights training, such as kettlebells and dumbbells.
The 5mm surface layer is a specially formulated rubber and synthetic mix which provides a fully non-porous surface for easy and hygienic cleaning. The surface also has a textured anti-slip finish.
The 15mm high density backing is designed to help absorb any impacts with the surface to prevent muscle strain and reduce the risk of injuries.
Each tile is 1m x 1m and 20mm in thickness with interlocking edges for easy installation and at only 5.3kg per tile they can easily be lifted and stored when not required. Active-Flex can also be combined with our Multi-Flex tiles to create different activity zones.
The tiles are available in Black, Grey, Blue or Red and bevelled edges and corner blocks are available, in matching or contrasting colours, to create a safe, smart finish.

This acoustically engineered recycled rubber system with anti-vibration properties is designed to maximise comfort, durability, functionality and visual appearance.
The 32mm thick tiles provide superior anti-vibration and impact shock-absorption making them an ideal solution for personal training areas where acoustic reduction and sub-floor protection is required e.g. first floor gyms or fitness suites. The Gym-Flex tiles combine cushioning shock pads to help prevent muscle and joint injuries. Ideal for use with kettle bells, dumb bells, free weights, fitness machine areas and cardio studio environments.
Gym-Flex Construction
Gym-Flex tiles are constructed using 121 evenly distributed pedestals per tile, creating pockets of air space for a functional anti-vibration effect.
They are interlocking for quick & easy installation using no adhesive, making them either a temporary or durable permanent solution. The Gym-Flex tiles can be combined with a variety of high performance levelling systems which provide facilities with a level multi-finish solution as well as reducing impact vibration, structure-borne vibration and airborne sound transmission. DYNAMIK offer free acoustic flooring design specifications to enable to best sports and gym solution.
The tiles can also be installed over cables and with ramps to provide access to wheelchair users.
Gym-Flex Accessories
Gym-Flex ramps can be installed wherever the adjacent floor is lower than the mats, providing accessibility onto the surface for all participants, including wheelchairs. Ramps also enable the mats to be installed onto only a section of the floor instead of wall to wall coverage.

Material
The Multi-Flex tiles have a smooth, ground rubber closed pore top surface rather than an open texture SBR rubber crumb, porous surface. This new design is an advantage for hygiene and cleaning as the tiles are smooth rather than open pore.

The tiles are designed and engineered to be easily and quickly installed, providing clients with maximum comfort, durability and functionality.
Plastic Connectors: 53mm x 53mm x 3mm with 4 x pin locators. Connectors locate to the underside of the tile at each corner and the middle of each side.

The DYNAMIK Point Elastic sports floor comprises of rubber crumb pad finished with a seamless polyurethane surface.
Seamless polyurethane brings the advantage of seamless installation. The surface finish will require periodic re-painting throughout its life in order to maintain its appearance and slip resistance. The depth of the rubber crumb can be altered to achieve P1, P2 or P3 performance criteria.

The DYNAMIK Portable Sports Floor system is a high performing area elastic portable floor. It is used for international sporting events including the Netball World Cup and has FIBA Level 1 approval.
The floor is constructed using interlocking panels that are laid over a special elastic layer to provide a seamless finish. Each panel is connected using a patented spring clip system, eliminating the need for screws or pins and therefore reducing the time required for both installation and removal.
Each panel is finished with a 12.6mm engineered board, similar to our Komfort Elite Pro system, which benefits from a factory applied UV-cured lacquer to increase the durability of the floor. The floor also complies with the EN 14904 standard for indoor sports flooring.

The ASB GlassFloor is constructed using laminated safety glass, ceramic and aluminium, all materials that are known for their toughness, resistance to climate, corrosion and age. The consequence is a floor that has a life expectancy in excess of 60 years, far beyond the life of any other sports floor.
Lowest Maintenance Costs of Any Sports Floor
Over a 60 year period a typical 600m2 timber sports floor can cost in excess of £340,000. This includes a replacement floor together with periodic, sanding, sealing and line marking but excludes the day to day maintenance regime. The ASB Glassfloor only requires a day to day maintenance regime and no refinishing throughout its life.

Construction
The Glass Floor is constructed using two layers of laminated safety glass. Each glass layer is 5mm thick and both layers are connected with a PVB foil, 1.2mm thick. The surface is then etched to prevent the reflection of light and burnt-in ceramic dots are applied to provide the required slip resistance.
The DYNAMIK Komfort Elite Pro is a low profile, A4 area elastic sprung system. It is designed to be installed onto a level SR1 slab (+/- 3mm over 2m) and incorporates an engineered premium sports board.
The system consists of a performance-based elastic layer over which a load distribution board is installed prior to the engineered sports board. Consistent sports performance is guaranteed as every part of the surface is equally supported by the high density, performance elastic layer.
