This week DYNAMIK are pleased to announce one of our latest sports flooring installations at Guildford County School. For this project the school chose our high comfort sprung system “Komfort Plus”, finished in an ESFA compliant ‘Solid Sports Vinyl’ playing surface in Classic Oak Wood Effect. This system is an excellent choice for schools as it is able to take high loadings from bleachers and portable seating units without extra support. By using a solid (i.e. non-foam backed vinyl), the playing surface is able to resist indentation from tables and chairs, as well as non-sporting community events without the need for surface protection, and is ideal for wheelchair sports.
We at DYNAMIK are very pleased with the results, the sports floor looks more inviting for users, as well as offering high levels of comfort and protection to the children using the floor on a day to day basis.

DYNAMIK are proud, this week, to be celebrating the recent completion of our sportsflooring installation at the new state-of-the-art sports facility at Lancaster Sport. The new 1,347 m2 sports hall is sportengland and esfa compliant – suitable for sports such as volleyball, netball, basketball and futsal at competition level, and retractable seating for 500 people. As durability and high sports performance were key factors to this project, the University decided to install our DYNAMIK Flexi-Beam Elite sprung floor system, finished in our 22mm Premium Engineered Oak Sports board.

The new #LeedsBeckett state-of-the-art Carnegie School of Sport gets the full DYNAMIK treatment and is the home of a Mondo 60m indoor running track, set within a design lead cube as well as DYNAMIK Sports flooring systems for gym & fitness zones, providing acoustic and impact high performance solutions.
The teaching and research building will be a base for the Carnegie School of Sport providing research programmes and a centre of excellence for athletes wanting the best in high performance sports surfaces and associated facilities.

Tarkett, a global flooring manufacturer with a specialist sports division, and DYNAMIK Sport, a leading UK supplier and installer of indoor sports flooring within the UK, have collaborated and signed as the Official Flooring Partners to the British Basketball League (BBL) becoming one of the latest companies to join the ever-increasing number of partners investing in the development of the British Basketball League and basketball facilities throughout the UK.
Tarkett, Europe’s largest flooring manufacture with over 12,000 employees and a turnover of over 3 billion euros per year, is joining forces with DYNAMIK to provide the British Basketball League with three rollout basketball courts as part of a five-year partnership. The courts are to be installed in the arenas of BBL clubs based in Sheffield, London (Copper Box) and Plymouth. Both companies will also be working with the BBL on a range of initiatives to increase participation in the sport of basketball in the UK.

The DYNAMIK Maintenance Team completed a sand and reseal, at the English Institute of Sport in Sheffield, followed by re-line marking. The two photographs of the floor (before and after) show the sanded floor in preparation for the reseal and re-line marking of their three court hall. This process is carried out by our expert teams to ensure the floor is compliant and ensuring its continued optimum use for many years.
