Access Gym Heathfield

Multi-Flex Tiles

Access Gym is a new independent fitness facility offering a free weights area, resistance and cardio zones and a dedicated studio space.
Leon Gayle, Owner-Operator of Access Gym, was on the hunt for
an environmentally sound flooring solution for the club’s free
weights area — one that would keep pace with the gym’s future
needs. Critically, it needed to deliver a safe, durable exercise area
with high impact resistance for dropped weights. Just as
important, Leon wanted a floor that would create a modern,
inviting space with the right ambience for his lifestyle gym.
To achieve this, ECO-TEK worked closely with Magni Sports, who
provided the equipment and flooring package. It is critical when
designing fitness studios that the equipment and flooring
complement each other to create the best possible customer
experience.
Multi-Flex 20 rubber tiles gave Access Gym a high-performance,
shock-absorbing floor that reduces impact sound and vibration
transmitting into the building structure. The tiles are held
securely in place by a vertical interlocking system – no adhesives,
no mess, no disruption to install.
The result is a durable, attractive floor that gives Access Gym a
flexible, future-ready solution. Its high-density, smooth top
surface is easy to clean, keeping the space hygienic. And it
delivers a lasting benefit: when the club is ready for its next
refresh, the tiles can simply be lifted with no damage to the
subfloor – a genuinely circular flooring solution.
