Rather than bonding the LVT directly to the subfloor, InstaLay 25hg offers a more adaptable approach. The underlay is loose laid over the subfloor, and the LVT planks or tiles are applied to its self-adhesive surface, creating a stable floating floor system.

This approach provides operators with greater flexibility for future refurbishment or layout changes.
