High-performance sprung sports flooring system featuring ADI-Sport 22mm premium solid beech sports boards. The ECO-TEK ST-22 is a pack-and-level, area-elastic sprung floor system. It incorporates engineered LVL beams to create a precise platform that supports the solid beech 22mm premium sports boards. The system can be packed and levelled to accommodate and correct subfloor irregularities.
The ST-22 system is constructed using recycled rubber sports cradles and engineered LVL beams, forming a high-performance foundation for the solid 22mm timber playing surface. The design also allows for underfloor heating and insulation to be installed between the cradles and beams.
The system can be packed and levelled directly from the structural slab, eliminating the need for a concrete levelling screed. As a result, the ST-22 offers a lower embodied carbon alternative to traditional screeds, while removing a wet trade that can delay construction programmes and require costly moisture mitigation measures.
